This show teaches Elementary age Kids How to "Say No!"
The kids learn a phrase: (No! Go! Tell!) to use in order to "stay out of trouble". Law enforcement officers are "built up" as friends who are Always Ready to Help them.

Each child receives a souvenir card that lists three important things they learn in the show.
The kids are asked to carry the card on them for emergency purposes.

Positive Subjects Gary includes in the Show:
1. Always keep trying, never give up.
2. Be a good citizen...Obey the law.
3. Feel free to talk with teachers, councilers...Any adult they trust.
4. Respect (and don't be afraid) of law officers.
5. How to handle a good friend who tries to pressure them into doing something that is illegal, wrong, naughty.

If funding is a problem, local fraternal organizations, local firms, or parents organizations are sometimes interested in helping pay for these shows.
